50EAST LLC Purchase instructions

1. Go to the property you wish to purchase.

2. Click on Submit Payment.

3. You will be redirected to the Alabama Property Acquisition website.

4. Enter the C/S number and purchase price from the property page into the form accurately.

5. A fee of $5,000 is required upon completing your property purchase to clear and transfer title ownership.

6. Various payment options are available.
